Fear of Losing Job for Helping Friends

Question: I Wish To Help But I'm Scared If I Get In Loss

I am working in a marketing based job. It requires to convince the customers to buy the product. I have to get 20 customers and then I get my salary. So it is like commission based. The problem is I know many people around me who need a job badly. If I suggest them this task then what if they excel me and I get a loss. Because when it comes to friends anyone can be bound. Please guide me.

Thanking You,

Regards

Let's first get something clear, you're not obligated to help all the people around you find jobs where you work. You may want to do that for some close friends, but you're not under any obligation to do so.

If out of the kindness of your heart, you want to help your close friends find work, then help them find jobs somewhere else, not where you work. I'm sure your job is not the only one available in your area, there's got to be other jobs that you can help your friends get.

One last thought. If you decide to help your friends get employment where you work, that doesn't mean they will be better than you at the job. You've the advantage of having been there longer, so you have more experience at getting customers for the company and knowing the company products and services.

Still, I sense some fear of loss in your email, so if I were you, I would just help the my close friends find jobs somewhere else.

Calm down

you need to calm down because it is not necessary that it is your obligation to get your friends hired at your company.

I can relate with how you feel about having that need to express yourself in the workforce. I makes you feel like you are more yourself, thus able to work at a more consistant pace. My advice comes from personal experience while working at a fast-paced fast food resturaunt. If it irritates your colleagues, then it prevents thems from working at optimal peak performance, thus preventing everyone from being the rushessaywriting.com absolute best as a whole. I agree with the girl who posted above and say you should tone down the expressions a bit before you end up facing a difficult decision of having to fing another job. Not everyone loves an actor on their shift, and would rather file a grievance to their management, so stop.
